awhile back. The first time I made them they were very good, the marinade was very mild. Since I could not use all the chicken that was marinating, I put the remaining chicken and marinade in the freezer. Brought it out to thaw a couple of days ago and the flavor intensified beautifully! My 5yo DD gobbled up almost an entire breast, and our neighbors' parents commented to them how good whatever I was cooking smelled. I will definitely marinade as long as I can the next time.
