ISO: ISO orange curd recipe using frozen oj concentrate....

I've seen a recipe online somewhere for orange curd, using a frozen orange juice concentrate, and now I can't find it.

I thought it was in the Oregonlive.com site, but either the search doesn't go back far enough, or it was somewhere else.

Anyone got a recipe like this?

THANKS Gay! How do you do that? I googled, and didn't come up with that!

The method in that recipe looks kinda different, being made in a blender. I have a mango margarita mix, that I was thinking could sub for oj concentrate, to make a mango curd, so I think I'll try it. Very soon.
