Hi Everyone,

Recently I printed a copycat version of the egg souffles that I love at Panera. I then immediately lost it. Do any of you nice people have a recipe? These are the small round souffles served in a cupcake type paper with a croissant as the base....really good! Thanks for your help.

You can buy the recipe for 79 cents at Top Secret Recipes, lol. It seems it was their

recipe of the week about three weeks ago and could be had for free, is that where you got it? Might be worth the 79 cents.

Thank you, Curious1; I think I'll have to do that...

That's where I found the recipe and I don't know what I did with it! It's definitely worth the 79 cents.

My eyes watered when I read their nutritional data (see link)...

There I stood, patiently watiting in line at Paneras, mentally calcuating the benefit of eating SPINACH for breakfast rather than a dry toasted bagel. Please note the way my mind works....my eyes read the sign "Spinach and Bacon Souffle" but my brain processed only the part it needed for justification.

I asked for the nutritional information because on random moments I follow WW points. Lordy, lordy...510 calories, 34 grams of fat with--thank goodness! 2 grams of fiber. 13 points...or 50% of my daily allowance.

I'm going to check out this recipe and see if hopefully it will be a tad easier on the old arteries.

You are both quite welcomed!!....

Just a small reciprication for all the great recipes I've reaped here and the enjoyment I get from being here ! Steph

I like how they used skim milk to make it...

Do you mean you are going to try and try and reverse-engineer the recipe (oh no...), using healthier ingredients? I think it's all that cheese that really does it in.

By the way, what is "Parmesan cheese paste"?!
