last night. It was absolutely perfect for a valentines party! I served it on toasted italian bread that I had cut into the shape of hearts. Thanks for a great recipe.

This looks awesome! I also like the note that they're great with pasta, polenta, etc.

I have several recipes I use as a "base" then top with poached eggs. Easy weeknight dinner. YUM!
