Yay, I'm glad they're so well liked. Did you use the yukon golds this time?

Yes, and the falvor and texture were fabulous. I don't know that I would use the babies for this

again, though, since 6 large potatoes are much easier to peel than dozens of baby ones.

I want to experiment with the cheese combinations with this - I think a smoked gouda would be fabulous.
