gravy yesterday and it is a keeper! It is GOLDEN! So rich and I added much more of my chicken stock to stretch it even more. I'm using some for the gravy and the rest went in my dressing. I won't be able to put the dressing in the bird so I wanted to make sure my dressing will have that great flavor. Just finished making the dressing and it is delicious already. Great recipe!
