SOOOOOOOO Good!

I took your advice and just tossed the shrimp with a little pesto and grilled them about 2-3 minutes per side on a medium grill. (I used our little DeLonghi indoor electric grill) They were great off the grill...

But the big test came this morning when I skewered them for the party. They were still fabulous! I really think all these years I've grilled my shrimp on too high a heat which gave them an unpleasant toughness on the outside, even if they weren't overcooked in the middle.

Anyway, thanks so much for the recipe. I know everyone at the party will love it!
