I made it last night, it is very garlic-y and delicious! A nice body, and I like that is tastes so rich without the actual meat in the soup. I also liked using the no-boil noodles in there, I will try them with chicken noodle soup in the future. Somehow I ended up with 3 boxes of them, so it was nice to find a use for them.

Have you ever tried this recipe with chicken stock? I'm wondering if it would be as good.

Was thinking it would be good with chicken stock as well,

not canned broth but a nice stock made from slowly simmering the bones. So glad you liked the recipe, Lisa.
