and it will not load the main www.eat.at page, though I can access the site using a direct link to this forum.

Chrome gives this message when trying to navigate to the main page:

I have had to switch to Chrome because Firefox is very unstable and crashes multiple times a day on my machine. smileys/frown.gif

Try using the Palemoon browser. Works JUST like Firefox but without the issues.

Intriguing! I've seen a lot of Firefox complaints in the last day or so--so far it's A-OK on Linux.

Hi Richard - this part of the site has been up, but...

In order for me to access it in Google Chrome, I have to use the link to this specific page on the site:

http://eat.at/swap/forum1/index.php

as opposed to the home page of www.eat.at in order to access the Swap. I never had that issue while using Firefox.

Maybe you are also having a conflict between your browser and the site? It's very possible.

Yes I was luxuritating but I still couldn't get in....Site was down and that was it

but I am very happy to be living at 73F again.

Couldn't get in this morning through the front door, found a bookmark link and it worked.
