A dear friend of ours died Tuesday morning. She was 91 but would have and annual dinner party of this PA Dutch dish. It has been 8 years since we were in PA and she made it for us for a farwell dinner. I kind of remember she called it Shnits and Epps. I would love to make it in her memory.
