I bought a pressure cooker from this site, sold by the lure of 7 minute flawless risotto. smileys/smile.gif

The recipe booklet that came with it has very few recipes. smileys/frown.gif

Does anyone have any interesting recipes other than risotto? In the searches that I've done online, the recipes are almost always slow cooker types, i.e chili, stews etc. I'm looking for something different.

If you've got a PC cookbook you like, please let me know. smileys/smile.gif

Any help is appreciated!!

 
Hey, MO...I'm also from NJ! A very good recipe Short Ribs with Asian Flavors at

Epicurious...you need to brown the ribs before cooking in the pc and you do need to skim the fat off before serving the meat but it is really good...I also take great pains to cut off as much fat from the ribs before browning as possible...recently tried a great lamb shank recipe in the pc and it was delicious...will post link in a while.
