ISO: ISO professional cutting board like Foodtv's Anne Burrell on "Secrets of a Restaurant Chef"

I'm interested in a good size butcher block cutting board. I like Anne Burrell's. It's a dark walnut stain color.

Anyone know where to find them?

Boos Block doesn't appear to offer this wood stain.

It's a cutting board or gel mat for me this Christmas.
