I started making blueberry jam and halfway through decided it'd be better as a pie since I didn't have any pectin! I don't like blueberries so concentrated as you have in a traditional blueberry pie, so I finished it off with a couple of peaches and a handfull of raspberries and another handful of strawberries. I've had this combo before and it is very tangy but sweet too.

I put it in the oven at 375F, then came on to check for approximate baking time (because I can't remember the last time I baked a berry pie) and see everything from 40 minutes to an hour and a quarter. Blueberries are pre-cooked, peaches/raspberries/strawberries are not, so wI'd guess about 50 minutes or until crust is done - does this seem about right?

It's done when the filling starts bubbling and the crust is golden. Sounds like a good combo!

Thanks cheezz. Mmm, it was so good. I let it go 50 minutes, but forgot to add the corn starch so

it was a little runny.

oops! Better than leaving sugar out of an applie pie which I did once as a teenager.... ugh!
