thanks for the tip! i use a LOT of maple flavouring (from syrup & from artificial flavouring)>>

& i was near tears when i read about the real thing! i was just in a wonderful kitchen store in vancouver & picked up a small bottle of lime oil, but i didn't even think to look for maple extract.
