At a Mexican here in West Hollywood is a banana pudding with a blend of three creams, that is to die for. This is the way it listed on their menu 'bananas and cream rio frio style - bananas covered with a blend of three creams'

This reminded me of Tres Leches Cake, another Mexican recipe.

The creams used in Tres Leches Cake are whipping cream, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk. These are mixed to make a thick syrup to pour over the cake. Perhaps this recipe uses these same creams. If you try to duplicate it, you probably would need to add vanilla or another extract to flavor the creams.

That would be taking it over the top, if you ever try it you will see that it is perfect as is

oh! I thought you were trying to figure out the 'rio frio' sauce on top of the pudding

I didn't mean for the tres leches sauce to be in ADDITION to this yummy banana pudding, but as a possible recipe for the cream sauce on top of it. Am I missing something? I'll go back and read your original post...

the description is deceptive, but its probably blended in.....

it just looks like vanilla pudding or banana pudding or butterscotch, with some fresh sliced bananas. Thats it plain and simple, just a bowl of pudding, but not like anything you've had before, as far as pudding is concerned.
