ISO: ISO: Recipe for Chicken Pot Pie with Dumpling Soup?

I received a request from one of my cousins. She had this soup at a store called The General Store, in Minnetonka, MN. She described the soup as being a very creamy base with chicken, vegetables, and chewy dumplings about the size of a dime in it. Any ideas? Thanks!

What you're describing sounds to me like it uses "slick dumplings" - we had a discussion about them at RecipeZaar a while back, but I can't find the posting. I've done a bit of digging, but it appears it's all been deleted.

Whoops Julie - I took credit for something Dawn_MO did. We were both sending
