Cyn I just use the Ball low/less sugar pectin recipe in the box. Basically it is 5C puree, 4C sugar

and a box of pectin. I like the less sugar pectin as I feel I can taste more "berry" flavor and less just "sweet" flavor.

 
Thats the recipe I also use Barbara. Unfortunately, did not have a great raspberry season this yr.

I use a food mill; (I purchased it at William Sonoma... I can't recall the brand). I have had great success in making the jam from the frozen puree; as there were years I seriously could not keep up w/ the jam making and resorted to freezing some of the puree.
