ISO: ISO restaurtants in vail co

My husband has booked a trip for us to Vail Co for our anniversary in a couple of weeks. Does anyone have any tips for restaurants we should try? We like just about anything. Thanks!

 
Vail Restaurants

I go skiing with a group of girlfriends every year. We never miss Sweet Basil. The food is outstanding and the service is excellent. We had dinner there this year for my 40th and the staff could not have been better. We also like Montauk Seafood (it's actually in Lionshead). Red Lion is a good hamburger, nacho, beer place. Covered Bridge Coffee and Blu's for breakfast are good too.
