Maybe you remember me from Gails. I just wanted to pass on some info to a fellow Cinti resident. I was at Findlay Market a few months ago and they have a new vendor. He has been there about a year. He sells spices/herbs for a really remarkably good price. He sells in small quantities too. He claims to purchase from around the world and says his merchandise is very fresh. Have you been there yet? Also, check out the fish vendor. He has some good prices on mussels.

Welcome! Hope you'll stick around - I'm one of the Gail's oldies too smileys/smile.gif

well...... first you would have to locate a flock of wild chickens. then you would have to hide

and shoot them. then you would have to clean them, pick out the buckshot, pluck, etc etc. chances are they would be thin and tough.

Foster Farms chickens, on sale for 69 cents a lb at Safeway.... cleaned and plump.....

that's why no one hunts wild chickens, if there are any wild chickens "-))
