Is it possible to make your Austrian hot potato salad a little ahead, like a couple of hours? Reheat in a very low oven? Just serve room temp? What do you suggest? Thanks Janet

Yes, no problem...

Just leave it out at room temp and serve it that way, no real need to reheat it For me, refrigerating it is what destroys it. Hope it works out for you.
