Hey Richard--your Gingerbread Layer Cake was spectacular!! Everyone loved it. I have made quite a few gingerbreads and this was one of the best ever!

I brought it to a group dinner and it was gobbled up by everyone. Thank you for posting all your delicious tweaks. I never heard of the spice packet mix before and it was worth seeking it out. Thanks so much!
