ISO: ISO rvb...I made two dishes of the brinjal......

you posted...I did use flat dishes, three large brinjals and emmantal cheese as I couldn't find gruyere cheese...I thought I'd have some (at least half a dish)for today's lunch but not a scrapping was left, it was just devoured...thanx a real keeper.

the eggplant au gratin is a nice recipe. i wish i had remembered to copy the original and the author's name.
