I love them and use the canned Roland Brand ones....these I rinse when I open the can and then serve them in a long slender dish along with olives (or alone.) I often make a homemade mayo and serve that as well.

some other ways:

Slice them in 3 and serve atop some smoked salmon on crackers.

mini scotch eggs.

wrap in some cold meat and serve on a tootpick

just have them on a platter as anti-pasta with wee tomatoes (at a function these were served and looked great...halve the eggs, halve the tomatoes, slice thin black olives and put these in a row on the toothpick also seen this with small mozze balls.)
