and really want to make it, think I'll make the preferment tonight since I have everything in the pantry.

I lack rye flour but might use whole wheat instead, not authentic but in my pantry! I just bought fresh butter and really really feel like slicing into that loaf. My friend Deb gave me a pot of her chicken liver pate, based on my mom's recipe, so it needs a good something to enjoy it with!

Cheers - and hope you two had a nice anniversary!

Oh, THANK YOU!!!! (more)

we are in the middle of a very intense week, in fact we worked non-stop since Saturday last week, but this weekend we should be able to relax a little

I am definitely looking forward to the weekend and having NO plans, just go with the flow - those are my favorite types of weekend! smileys/smile.gif

hope your bread turns out great! I made a sourdough with red wine this past weekend and should blog about it on Monday, turned out excellent!

A pantry check, and no bread flour. pout-pout

guess I'll have to go shopping tomorrow!

Enjoy your weekend, one without plans sounds really nice!

No, think I'll order some as my kitchen (and entire studio) is tiny, not a lot of room

for a bazillion baking ingredients. Did you get it from King Arthur?

I may just go ahead and make the bread, I do have some pizza dough flour that might have enough oumph...

Heck, I can just mail you some. It comes in a 1 lb bag at our

local health food store. Do I have your address? PM me if I don't.

Really, oh thanks, I'll PM you...

Thank you!!!

You'll have to let me know what you might like from SF smileys/bigsmile.gif
