I still have to fill them with chocolate, but the wafers are made. I had a tough time getting them to stay in relatively round shapes. They reallllly spread all over the place. Do you chill the batter a bit? I found if I chilled the batter a bit it helped(tried this for the last pan, of course) I used parchment paper. Could this be a problem? I took a knife and tried to coax them into roundness while still very hot and pliable.
