My friend told me she has been letting the dough rise overnight and baking it in the morning for her kids before they go to school. She does about a one pound loaf. I am going to give it a try tomorrow morning and see how it works. Have you made any of the other breads or doughs? Thanks!

Hey Dawn_MO, Not over the summer, too much sailing to do but

I stuck with the basic boule dough and played with the shapes. Once it cools off - 90¡ today - I will start up again. I would like to focus on the peasant loves, especially the ryes, next. I keep meaning to make some for friends, but the bread on the counter still a little warm and the stick of Irish butter next to it....

We have 36 degrees today...yuck!

It is unseasonably cold here so I am ready to bake. I bought some rye flour and really want to make the rye loaves. I will let you know if I make any this weekend. I still want to make the multi-layerd anchovy bread that Shaun posted and haven't been able to get around to it.
