have a few main dishes like chicken, meat and lamb patties. I need an accompiment that can be reheated. I thought of rice but am at a blank about what kinds of sauce to us.

Any ideas?

Are you wanting a sauce like a gravy to pour over the finished rice or

an addition to add to the rice while cooking?

Have you thought of using other grains like Israelli couscous, Faro, wheat berries, etc.? Even Orzo is easy and you can cook ahead of time. I like to serve them cold with fresh garden tomatoes, cukes, olives and feta cheese. This keeps a few days in the refer, even with a lemon vinaigrette mixed in. You can also add some green onion.
