ISO: ISO some quick help re: Cheezz's Cranberry Bliss Bars...

Took them out of the oven about 1/2 an hour ago. They are still pretty hot. Want to get to bed in the next 45 mins or so. The bars have a cream cheese-based layer. Should I continue to let them cool overnight and refrigerate in the am - about 8 hours from now? Or should I throw them in the fridge before they are completely cool? Hi Andrea! Do you have a garage that is cool where you could store them overnight?

I do that a lot when it's winter.

You will love these bars! I made tons of them over the holidays this year. Everyone raved over them!
