thanks everyone. I googled, but I wanted to find a T&T from here. I searched for

"Sweet Potato Rolls" and selected partial, but it gave me only the mention of the rolls, and no recipes.

There are some wonderful sweet potato biscuits here in T&T but not rolls

I made this dough last night in the bread machine and it's resting in the fridge. beautiful dough.

I couldn't believe how beautiful this dough is---so smooth and lovely color. can't wait to bake!
