Next time, I'll slice the onions thinner so that they will cook faster. I served one on an onion roll and had the other one plain. Used my trusty rubber gloves and quarter-pound hamburger press.
I have a nice stash in freezer now. Thanks again!
Edited to say I used one TBS of fresh chopped rosemary.
