I loved that it baked in the oven - took only 10 minutes of prep, then into the oven it went.
And while it was in the oven, I could wash and cook rice, steam some veggies, and dinner was on the table!
Very flavorful - the best part was the slightly charred, caramelized skin. I'll definitely be making this again.

(Note to self: use a nonstick braising pan to bake this, so that cleanup is as easy as the prep! Might also debone the chicken the next time, but leave the skin on!)
