ISO: ISO T&T Strawberry jam recipe

just bought a beautiful flat of fresh local strawberries & DH loves strawberry jam. I had one but can't find it - I've GOT to finish getting things in my recipe software and get rid of all my boxes of cards and papers.

I use the one in the pectin (powdered) package...

The only failure I ever had was using the "No Sugar" pectin.

I love the low-sugar version in the pectin package...with added lemon juice, zest, and

a bit of ginger (I have a jar of ginger jam that I add).
