Ah. Apparently the tahini is the binder and a reviewer asks about using an

egg. I would surely do that. I do not see how these would hold together on a grill--I'd use a saute pan for sure.
Personally, I'm not sure I see a lot of flavor although I like wild rice a lot.

 
Hi Betty, I made some veggie burgers while my nephew was visiting a few summers ago,

and thought I posted the recipes here but I am not having luck finding them. I need to see if I can locate the hard copy we used and I can post the recipe for them, they were quite delicious!

I would par cook them, then freeze so they hold together well in the defrost/cooking.

 
Thank you that would be great, especially if I could

freeze them. Our new, vegetarian, daughter in law is coming for Christmas and I'd love to have some options available that we could all eat.

P.S. unfortunately she doesn't love mushrooms, so I wouldn't want that

to be the predominant ingredient. Thanks again.
