ISO: ISO: tarte flambee or flamkuechen

We just got home from an anniversary trip along the Rhine. Near Strasbourg, we had a local tarte flambee, made with a THIN but tender crust, creme fraiche, bacon lardons, and onion, all baked like a pizza asnd served on the wooden peel. I think I could fake all of it but the crust. Has anyone got a recipe for it?
