I've used 1 cup each of flour, canola oil and Crisco. Mix in mixer til smooth, store in fridge.

Ang - that's what I use, too, but it's too thick to spray - use my fingers. Works great!

I think I'll post it in T&T tips with Traca's name to it. I had a hard time finding it too.

I was searching for "silicone" (not lecithin), even while wondering how you'd

locate silicone (assuming you weren't friendly with a plastic surgeon).

Same here. haha. I couldn't remember lecithin to save my life.
