I liked them and they got rave reviews. I was planning on making mini key lime bars but a friend requested cupcakes instead.

I added more zest and (bottled) key lime juice to the batter as well as frosting to get a zing and never got it. The lime flavor was more delicate than I was hoping for.

Then again, maybe my buds were numbed from taste-testing the margaritas!
