You can lightly batter (i.e., tempura) and fry the blossoms. Mmmmm!
Just make sure you get the ants out first! smileys/smile.gif
Our yard is full of yucca, planted by the previous owner (more than 30 years ago).
The stuff is nearly impossible to get rid of, and it's a bloody ant-magnet!
I may have found a solution, however! (please don't report me to the environment police)
Heavy duty Round-up, made for poisin ivy, seems to kill the stuff. I am ecstatic! After all these years of digging, hauling, swearing....I may be able to rid the yard of yucca!
