that I purchased at the farmer's market in Union Square when I was in NYC. It was wonderful, but it is now hard as rocks. I was thinking maybe I could chop it up and put it into a Thanksgiving dessert.

Any ideas?

Zap it in the microwave at lower percentage (HA! didn't catch me this time!) and add

blend with warm heavy cream to drizzle state.

Might be good in a pumpkin roulade....maybe toss the crumbs in a whipped cream filling before

spreading on the roulade and rolling up.
