ISO: ISO: Wild Turkey recipes

Hey guys,

My SIL flew up north last weekend to pheasant hunt and bagged a 23 lb wild turkey as well as some nice pheasant.

Does anyone have a recipe for wild turkey? He only brought back the breast and meaty parts as he didn't have facilities to deal with the feathers, etc. He asked me about recipes for it and I told him I'd see if I could get something for him.

Anyone have experience with it? Thanks!
