I've managed to lose this and I wanted to make it. Searches have turned up nothing.

Send positive thoughts; we've had no oven here for 2 months, the part arrived last week to repair it and it was broken. They "think" the new part might arrive Tuesday. 25 coming for dinner on Thursday. Oy! I may be butterflying turkeys and throwing them on the grill by then.

Luckily my neighbor is easily bribable with my high test cranberry relish and she's letting me use her oven if I don't have mine working.

Spinach, mushrooms, sausage are what I remember...

but it's been a couple years. I think there may have been some fruit in it too. It is really good, totally over the top, and when I last served it, people just loved it. Still looking here too... Thanks Meryl!

Richard, the oyster stuffing recipe has all those ingredients, plus dried cherries, etc. Is it

similar to that one?

Meryl, yes that is it.

I'm doing too many things at once and took a quick glance at it, saw raisins, didn't remember raisins (because I left them out!) and didn't look any further. Thanks so much for your help and am sending you deep dark bittersweet Valhrona good wishes for the holidays.
