I was happy to have enough slices of the lemon curd roll to have a little for dessert last night. Excellent.

I'm hoping it will be ok to make it this early. I will unmold and glaze it on Christmas.

I am a refugee from a site where rudeness and name-calling were common. While I learned a lot there I was often uncomfortable with the behavior of the participants. This site is SO much better.

 
Can't tell you how nervous I am. Did you really have to try it for such an occasion?! If you don't

like it.....I'd rather not know. I think.
