heard from friends from here thru Maine and they are all having the same kind of day. I feel so lucky to be off today to enjoy it! We are getting ready for a bike ride headed west to hopefully avoid the crowds closer to the city. Just in case we need some energy, I just made these Oatmeal Energy Cookies out of the Sept issue of Southern Living. They are absolutely delicious!
