Right! Check out this lady's website - it's an inspiration to me...

I like the way this article called it Act 1 and Act 2. I'm not nor can I afford to give up Act 1 but you never know these days with the economy the way it is (particularly for the company I work for) when your plans are going to change and an opportunity for Act 2 just might present itself with all the stars aligned.

Besides I still have 2 courses plus 2-300 hour interships left for the associates degree and afte that I plan to continue on to get a bachelors in something related - hospitality, management or whatever. But I do have my first 'real' class for teens at the local library on July 12th - wish me luck. I'm sure someone there will know DD which makes it even harder.

But just for a little inspiration, check out this lady's website. I found it looking for a recipe and I've had it bookmarked for years. She's pretty amazing.
