It's about a plant. Has anyone heard of a little plant called something like LIKODA? It appears

to be close to a succulent. Spikes emanating from a central point and tall centre spikes each with a tiny ball on the top that looks as though it's been dipped in gold.

I've spent an hour now, googling for anything like it. I picked it up because it is so unusual and now I don't know what to do with it and don't want to kill it.

Looks as though it may be a bulb.

Sound familiar to anyone?

Can you post a photo of it, Marg? I did a look through my garden "bibles" and didn't

find Likoda but it might be a sub-species name that doesn't show in the indexes. If you can post a photo it would be helpful.

That was interesting Dawn. I couldn't find it there but I did find my 'special' plant featured.

and am happy to have the name confirmed.

Yes, that's how I got 'the name'. The fellow was Chinese and didn't really know. So the name that

I have is a big ballpark.

i'd try saturating the soil by watering to cover ther pot,...

giving it about 15 minutes before draining, then not rewatering until the soil is dry.

Hmmmmm, I didn't read the fine print, but aren't cycads a tad bulb-ous? We need pictures Marg!
