It's been a while since I made this Maple and Cayenne Glazed Chicken

This sounds delish! I am definitely going to make that in the cafe.

I can imagine that it smells wonderful. Thanks for the note that you use thighs. That would make it so much easier to make. I think I will use chicken quarters. I can usually find them at a very reasonable price and it is a nice serving size.
