Yes - it's getting cold here in the north east. Time to bring the bay tree in from the deck and give it its annual trimming so that it fits in the room.

Last year I offered up the trimmed bay leaves here and I'm glad to do it again since I really appreciate all the wonderful recipes and help you all provide.

The tree didn't grow as large this year compared to last year - so I don't have as much to share. I made 12 baggies - so to the first 12 responders, send me your address via private message and I'll mail them out to you. Just in time to start with the soups and stews!

No need to be "timid" - I still have plenty left... maybe no one is making stews or soups this fall?
