It's tooo cold for Easter. I always found the way the date is set to be interesting.

Our menu is basically the same every year. Nothing fancy but it's what everyone wants.

Ham

Creamed Potatoes

Roasted Asparagus

I'm doing the roasted squash with honey and sage

Featherlight Dinner Rolls

Polish Bread

And about 6 desserts for 8 people because everyone offers to bring it and you can't have too many desserts!
