in it. Has anyone ever heard of "white" stilton? It has no blue cheese taste at all, just kind of a like a crumbly, but smooth-tasting, mild cheese. Trouble is, it's $16/lb... does anyone have any ideas for possibly making something like it from plain, store-bought cheese?
