I've also become addicted to white stilton cheese with dates and orange zest

in it. Has anyone ever heard of "white" stilton? It has no blue cheese taste at all, just kind of a like a crumbly, but smooth-tasting, mild cheese. Trouble is, it's $16/lb... does anyone have any ideas for possibly making something like it from plain, store-bought cheese?

Odd question, I know, but you should try this stuff if you have a Wegmans near you! It's soooooooo good.

Yes! We've been buying the same cheese--one with blueberries and one with cranberries.

Unfortunately, I can't help with a recipe. But this stuff is fabulous.
