rolls my palms get bubbly and look like I ran them over a rough cement block. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

As one who is recently afflicted with allergies relating to foods,

you really should get a skin test for food items from your doctor/allergist/immunologist. You could possibly be having a reaction to wheat or gluten. I'd wear non-powdered latex gloves when you work with the dough for a while (as long as you don't have a latex allergy).

I get a reaction to raw hard shell squash, get an instant rash from many plants and trees, and oral reactions to certain foods. Today I confirmed raw cucumbers are on the naughty list.

Yeah, sounds like contact dermatitis. . .

I used to get it when in between the fingers of (mainly) my left hand. Have not gotten it for a while. Now I get it on the roof of my mouth and on my lips if I do not peel mangoes very deeply, to get all of the mango skin and base layer off of the mangoes. Recently ate mangoes again, peeling deeply like I said and am glad to announce no contact dermatitis at all.

My friend uses Preparation H on her hands - clears the dermatitis right up smileys/smile.gif
