If you have a Whole Foods, go to their meat department & ask for some

Typically they have them and will sell you some. Any other places that make their own sausages will have them and they can also be found in stores like Academy Sports, Bass Pro Shops, etc.

Ditto. I buy from a local butcher shop that makes sausage there. You can also freeze

any casing you don't use...just pack in kosher salt.

We used to get them from a local store that has since closed. No place else will sell them.

Have you checked w/ a butcher shop? That's where I bought mine. They see them frozen.

Since I see you're in the desert,don't rule out Mexican butcher shops.
